We want your Enchanted Countdown calendar to arrive safely and on time for your crystal healing journey.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak holiday season (November–December), processing may take up to 5 business days due to high demand.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $4.99 — Free on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $14.99

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Opened calendars may be returned if crystals are unused and all items are included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@enchantedcountdown.com with your order number
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your calendar arrives damaged or with missing crystals, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different product? Contact us and we'll help arrange the swap. Exchanges are subject to availability.
